Custom Addition and Renovation Design: Overlooking the City of Yakima, WA, this project started as a modest home in an existing neighborhood. The adjacent homes were purchased and relocated to allow for multiple additions and a complete renovation and a multi-acre park like yard.

Slate roof, masonry accents, wood windows and multiple decks are some of the envelopes features. Master suite, exterior kitchen, hot tub, swiming pool, hardscape, retaining walls and landscaping were added to back yard. Garage, "Game Room" (billiards and large game animals), water feature, stone and iron work fencing and a covered stair to gated pedestrian entry were added to the front area. The rest of the expanded site received paths, landscaping, stone retaining walls, statues and custom lighting throughout to finish off the project.
