Condominium Project: An old apartment building purchased and scheduled for a major renovation and facelift in order to be converted to condominiums with a penthouse. The project was located in Seattle’s Queen Anne district and overlooked Seattle Center.

Architectural visualization was used in the design process to evaluate forms, modifications and material studies for the design process. The project was very successful with the actual units all selling prior to the completion of the project.
