Process - Outline of Procedures

Initial Correspondence:
In order to provide you with a reliable price quote, there are several things we need. The first thing is to establish what services you require and outline the scope of work. Defining your expectations from the beginning helps us cater our services to your needs.

As with all projects we need one contact person who is the Client or Owner’s representative and has the authority to give directives and approve invoices and matters of billing. If no contact outside of the party we are corresponding with is given, the assumption is that this party is the representative and possesses the authority outlined above.

Describing what you want, the services you require and even samples of the level of work you expect helps accurately define what you require. In addition, we will require for visualization services, depending on the job, site and floor plans, elevations and color/material samples, and perhaps digital images or product specifications, if you have specific requirements in those categories. Usually you will have these items easily at hand if you are going through the design process.

Initial information required to assess your project include:
·  What is the Scope of Work?
·         What is it that you want to show?
·         What reference materials/documentation will be provided and when?
·         What is the project schedule and deadline?
·         Will the Project be revised during the process?
·  What is the final output?
·     Still renderings
·         How many views?
·         What is the output size and resolution required?
·         Are there any particular layout or graphic requirements?
·     Animation
·         How long is the animation?
·         What parts of the project will be shown?
·         Do you have a specific path of travel and view angles?
·         Are there specific format and resolution requirements?

Process:
Based on our discussion and the information above, we will work out a proposal including pricing and scheduling and if applicable several choices/approaches aimed at providing you with the best options to best suit your requirements and budget. If an option and pricing is acceptable by both parties, a Contract will be drawn up for your signature and shall act as a Notice to Proceed.

We will commence work on your project after we receive the required information and a deposit as outlined in the Contract.

During the previous stages of correspondence we will define 'milestones' in the production schedule where you will review and comment or approve the portion of the work that has been completed. Specifics will be outlined in the Contract and cater to your specific Project.

Rates:
Our craft is one of artistry and technical savvy, our services are specific and customized to your Project and particular needs. Hence, a rigid price list/structure will not provide an accurate or fair price for your Project without knowing the details of your project. Therefore, we can provide initial estimates based on initial conversations but can only give a quote after reviewing the information outlined above.

Factors affecting the pricing of a project include project complexity, amount and quality of information provided, level of aesthetic quality required, time to completion versus time frame requirements and output medium.

Lets Discuss Your Exciting Project!

We aren’t about the ‘High-Pressure’ sales, but we would like the chance to discuss your project and see if we are a good fit. Once we have a chance to discuss your project, show you our work and answer your questions, it is up to you on whether we work together or not. We pride ourselves on our work and our happy clients and would love to add you and your project to that list.

So, if you have an actual project that you need visualization services for, or just want to discuss the process and the potential returns on your investment, we are here for you, feel free to reach out.
